To support the best choice of buying a property in Romania, Adca Project prepares detailed studies of the lands to be bought. These studies offer you information connected to the present of public utilities in the territory and also eventual possibilities to connect with the public utilities.
Most of the time clients are not aware of the subterranean networks under the land to be bought. Here, our studies can improve the quantity of information on that land, and help one decide whether the investment is profitable or not. Data regarding public utilities networks (electricity, water, sewage, gas, telephone lines) found on the property are made available and thus an investor can make realistic calculations on the asset.
