The main activity of ADCA PROIECT GROUP  covers:

Building installations design

• SANITARY Installations (water, canal, fire detection and extinguishment)

DESIGN OF MUNICIPAL NETWORKS

• Pumping stations, water treatment units and purifying plant for polluted water

Installation design
Briefly, the installations from a building comprise:  the possibility of connection to the national electric networking, satisfaction of hygienic and sanitary needs and obtaining the wanted thermal comfort. In reality, this process includes much more thant this: it is a complex activity which requires data connected with the destination of the builging, efficient communication between all the implicate parts and a careful selection of resources and efficient project management. We know how to offer all these.

Theme design
Is the document which is the basis for the documentation of the project and execution of an installation.

Pre-feasibility study
Is the documentation which justifies the necessity and opportunity for realising the installation. 

Technical project
The technical project is the necessary documentation for the construction authorization, on which grounds the work is contracted and based on which the details connected to the execution will be developed. 

The technical project is based on the approved feasibility study and has the following framework content:

• General description for the execution: location, topography, climate, seismicity, site organizing, timetable for the execution, specialized technical memoranda.
• Calculations technical memorandum: details on the work.

• The basis for the design, the documents underlying the work ( order, theme design, etc)
• Alimentation with utilities from the basic source, spare source and own source (if the case)
• Solutions adopted for normal and safety illuminating systems, solution for HVAC, and water supplies.
• The location of electrical panels, the circuit of supply network.
• The circuit of installations up to the receivers.
• Equipments for action and protection
• Description of the corresponding technological and automatic installation and the correlation with other installations, including the electrical ones.
• Description for the protective installation against electrocution
• Description for the installation against lightning
• Labour protection during the execution 
• The lists of executions, including the lists of equipments and accessories, and automation equipments, installations and specific technical requirements.
• Timetable of the execution.

• General plans of the location, architecture and structure plans for the construction
• General scheme for electrical distribution
• Schemes of the electrical and force panels
• Technologic schemes for which the automation is executed
• Schemes of secondary electrical, force and automation panels.

Specifications notebook
Specifications notebooks comprise details in writing of the technical elements mentioned above in sketches and present information, specifications and references to complement the sketches.

Specifications notebooks are drawn on specialties and depending on their destination they can used for: execution, tests, receptions, investigations, operations, for materials suppliers, equipments and machinery.

Execution details
The execution details comprise the documentation needed for the execution and include all the elements necessary for the execution.

Quality requirements and performance criteria
Design and execution for electrical and automation installation is realized so that they meet the legal requirements (according to the Law n. 10/1995, with subsequent changes:

A – resistance and stability
B – safety in exploitation
C – fire safety
D – hygiene, people safety, environmental protection.
E – Thermal, waterproof insulation and energy economy
F – soundproofing 

Construction permit

The construction permit is the paper released by the local town hall ensuring that the legal specifications referring to location, project, execution and functioning of the installation are applied.

The request for the release of the construction permit has to be accompanied by a urbanism certificate to respect the following:

• General urban regulation
• General and urban area plan 
• Detailed urban plan
• Local urban regulation
  

Permits and agreements

Amongst the most important permits and agreements:

• Urbanism certificate: which contains elements referring to legal, economic and technical regime of land and constructions; in each case, this is issued by town halls or prefectures.
• Energetic Agreement: for the use of electricity
• Environmental Agreement or Environmental Authorization which established impact on the environment of the execution. It is issued by the National Agency for Environmental Protection
• Permits and agreements for connection and/or coordination with the public utilities networks: electricity, water, sewage, thermal energy, telecommunication; to be issued by the economic agents that deliver the utilities.
• Permit of General Inspectorate of Military Fireman regarding the compliance of fire safety legislation.
• Other permits and agreement: sanitary protection, labour protection, etc.
